Mission Statement:
The purpose of the Spring Mountain Benefit Corporation (501c3) is to provide community development assistance to the Spring Mountain neighborhood.
Long range plans include:
· Development of wind and solar power for the community
· Paving the community’s roads
· An education fund for community children
· Free WiFi for the community
· Job development
· Entrepreneurial incubation such as
o Tourist industry
o Local goods & services.
The activities of the organization include, but are not limited to:
Fund raising
· Direct subsidies to the neighborhood for community development projects
· Use of assets to generate funds
· Community health and welfare (HEW) (e.g., food, medication, doctor’s visits, personal health supplies, such as toothbrushes and toothpaste)
· Education (school fees, uniforms, books, supplies)
· Doctors without Borders visits
· Animal healthcare and wellbeing

Philosophy
Our philosophy includes self-help, self-development, and infusion into the economy of the community.
Methodology
Spring Mountain Villa will be the focus of economic development activities. Primarily, the villa will function as an income generating asset. The non-profit has been donated use of the property as a funding mechanism. All proceeds generated from the property are given to the non-profit. Rent Our Villa
Spring Mountain Benefit Corp. is a public charity (501C3) in place to help local people in Jamaica.
All costs related to the rental of the Spring Mountain Villa Green Isle, Jamaica, W.I., are completely tax deductible for U.S. Income Tax purposes.
You will receive an acknowledgement of the amount of tax deduction related to your expenses.
All proceeds from the rental of Spring Mountain Villa are contributed to the Spring Mountain Benefit Corporation which is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Any contributions, including your stay at Spring Mountain Villa, are now tax deductable under section 170 of the Code. Spring Mountain Benefit Corp. is a public charity in place to help local people in Jamaica.
